Our History
2011
Cloud & Heat Technologies
Founded in Dresden in 2011, Cloud & Heat Technologies pioneered energy-efficient cloud and data center solutions, gaining recognition for its innovative water-cooled hardware and sustainable infrastructure.
2022
A Norwegian initiative starts converting excess energy into green computing power by deploying mobile data center containers at power production sites. This will eventually become WAIYS AS on the Norwegian side.
2023
WAIYS GmbH
In 2023, Cloud & Heat spun off WAIYS GmbH to focus on disruptive AI solutions, combining advanced hardware and software to address the growing complexity of AI projects globally.
2024
WAIYS AS
The Norwegian and German sides join forces and continue their journey together as WAIYS.
